“In approximately November 2015 we contracted John Creighton Builders to rebuild our home as a result of major damage to our home during the 2011 Christchurch earthquakes. Our site is a fairly difficult hill site. The project involved demolishing the existing dwelling and, in conjunction with Chaplin Crookes Architects, building a very modern contemporary home which we are extremely happy with.
We cannot fault John Creighton Builders attention to our project. The building was completed on time (approximately 14 months including demolition) and to a very high standard. Furthermore, due to a later reasonably major product failure (the product was specified by our architect), at no fault of Creighton Builders, they stepped up and without any hesitation made good the issue using an alternative product which has since stood the test of time.

“We used the JCB team for an extensive internal and external renovation. We found them excellent to deal with. The leadership team was very helpful with suggestions regarding ways to enhance our property whilst also being cost-effective.
As two busy people, the JCB team recognised this and worked with our time constraints when arranging onsite meetings. The builders were highly skilled, and they did an excellent job managing the sub trades. The sub trades were also all of a very high-quality. All in all, our nine month renovation project finished on time and within budget and looks fabulous! We are very grateful to the JCB team, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.”
